Thursday 23rd December Departing
We depart Lincolnshire nice and early this morning and make our way to Pitlochry taking comfort stops en-route.
Today we visit Highland Wildlife Park, a 260-acre safari park and zoo made famous by obtaining ‘Felicity the Puma’ back in 1980, reputedly captured by a farmer. Here you experience Scottish Wildlife past and present in the setting of the glorious Highlands. We even have lunch covered with a buffet in the Antlers Coffee Shop which also has spectacular views over the Japanese snow monkey enclosure to the Spey Valley beyond. After our animal packed day, we head back to our hotel to celebrate Christmas Eve with Festive Cream Tea and at midnight Mulled wine and Mince Pies.
Saturday 25th December Christmas Day
Merry Christmas to all! Take the opportunity to relax in front of the log fires in the hotel before enjoying a traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, plus a visit from Santa, followed by an evening of festive entertainment.
